Pastor Norril has been a member of the board of directors of the H.O.P.E. Center from its inception in 2010. The H.O.P.E. Center, a community learning center located in Sea Feathers/Sandy Hill has benefited from Pastor Norril’s experience and passion for education and sterling leadership where he served voluntarily until recently when he was unable to continue because of failing health. His almost 15 years of unbroken service will always be appreciated and highly regarded.
